About the Festival
The "In Honor of Predrag Milošević" Festival is an event dedicated to preserving and promoting the work of one of the most significant Serbian composers and pianists of the 20th century.
Through concerts, lectures, and exhibitions, the festival brings together musicians and classical music enthusiasts from all over Serbia and the region, offering them the opportunity to discover the rich creative legacy of this great artist.

Predrag Milošević

Predrag Milošević was a distinguished Serbian composer, pianist, music educator, and conductor. Born in 1904, he left an indelible mark on Serbian musical culture.
He studied in Belgrade and Prague, where he refined his knowledge of composition and piano. Upon returning to Serbia, he became a professor at the Music Academy in Belgrade, where he educated generations of young musicians.
His creative work encompasses symphonic pieces, chamber music, solo songs, and piano compositions. He is particularly known for his piano works, which reflect a blend of romantic tradition with modern harmonic language.
